Eye Candy 7 is not compatible with Flexi sign. Perhaps contacting the people at Flexi would be the best route to take. I’m sorry we can’t be of more assistance.

i can see the file is their but when go to edit- prefrances
and select it ec dose not show up in bitmab efectcs
and all the othr pre set plug ins are removed…..
