Exposure’s film emulation presets span the entire history of film photography, in addition to utility presets and modern looks that go beyond film. They’re separated into two main groupings: color and black and white.
Color Presets
Included in the color presets are iconic film styles such as Fuji Superia and Kodak Portra, which reduce contrast and work great for achieving beautiful, healthy skin tones with superb color reproduction. There are bold, high-contrast color film emulations such as Fuji Velvia and Agfa Scala. And there are retro looks, such as vintage Autochrome lumieres that have very colorful grain.
Black and White Presets
There are gorgeous selections for clean black and white looks that work for virtually any type of photo. These include Kodak Tri-X and Ilford HP5. There are also vintage selections from historic black and white film processes such as Calotype and Wetplate. And the new Faded presets feature lifted blacks and a small amount of grain, which are great choices for simple, faded looks without additional elements.
