If you’ve followed the blog, you know of Nikki Harrison. She won our last Photo of the Quarter award with one of her awesome-looking portraits. We featured her on the blog as well, check out the post Joe wrote about her, here.
Nikki has a specific way she uses Exposure in conjunction with some trickery in Photoshop. Her images possess a rich, ethereal quality that she’s well known for. Her followers have been after her to create a video workflow where she talks about her process. Since we’re besties now, I asked that she make one for us to share. She was nice enough to provide us with a quick lesson in her Exposure-ing. Want to see what she does? The video is below.
I do want to point out that Nikki keeps her custom presets well organized. This is an absolute must. In her workflow, she takes you through how she makes tweaks to the presets in Exposure and saves them for use in the future. The transformation she makes is astounding. Along with Exposure, she uses actions from Chasing Light, too. Great stuff, Nikki. Thanks for sharing!
